A Note from Mrs. Mathe
This week, our 2nd-grade students had a fantastic time at the Montgomery County Fair for their field trip. They enjoyed petting animals, playing games, and having a picnic lunch. A big thank you goes out to our PTO for their support in making this field trip possible!
Also, on Tuesday of this week, our 3rd and 4th graders showcased their excellence during the STAAR exam. We extend our gratitude to all the parents and staff members who took the time to write encouraging notes to our students. Many of them arrived on Tuesday with smiles on their faces, uplifted by the kind messages they found as they entered the building.
As we enter into the final 4 1/2 weeks of the school year, it's crucial to maintain consistency and routine. With the onset of warmer weather and longer days, the allure of summer can distract us. However, students thrive when surrounded by consistency and routine. With many exciting events planned for the upcoming weeks, we remain dedicated to upholding as much routine as possible. Consistency both at home and at school fosters focus on academic growth and goals, ensuring a productive end to the school year before summer break.
