Principal Ponderings: Make the Best of It
Fast forward to last Thursday. The elements were less than desirable for Trick-or-Treating. There was an ominous beginning at TEAM Swegles headquarters due to the required layers. Then something clicked and from 5:30-7:00 there was not one complaint and it was a really fun evening aided by the fact my kids don't like coconut so give me all the Almond Joys!
There are times when things outside of our control (event) impact best laid plans, but if we accept the brutal facts and control our effort and attitude (response) then we can enjoy the present situation (outcome).
