Join Bhakti Yoga Club on Tuesday, April 2nd from 6-8pm in Tuttleman 103 for our event, “Thriving on Anxiety: Inner Transformation and Outer Change” with world-traveling monk, author, and environmentalist Devamrita Swami. The event will include meditation, discussion, and a FREE vegan dinner (delicious even if you aren’t vegan)! Come gain insight into making long-awaited, transformational change to de-stress and cultivate true happiness!

Join Big Brothers Big Sisters at the Mentoring for Leadership Panel!
Join us this Wednesday at 4:00 PM to discuss the importance of mentorship for professional development. Following the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to ask our panelists questions. Our panelists will offer their unique perspectives and insights into multiple industries. Food and light refreshments will be provided and students have the opportunity to earn 1 FLDP credit with attendance.

Interested in Criminal Justice?
Pi Sigma Alpha is hosting a criminal justice event this Wednesday at 5:30 PM.
It is a panel with Larry Krasner from the District Attorney's Office, Marissa Boyers-Bluestine from the PA Innocence Project, and Tyrone Werts from the Inside Out Program. The event, held in Gladfelter 24, will feature a short documentary, conversation about criminal justice, and free pizza! It's open to the public, not just Temple students.

Join Us for a Film and Theater Networking Event
Behind the Screens is a networking event designed to highlight our diverse film and theater community. Our main goal is to bring together film and theater-related organizations, non-profits, and individuals from Temple University and the City of Philadelphia who are looking to collaborate with Temple students for an interactive evening of panel discussion and professional connection.
The event will be geared toward the LGBTQIA+, People of Color, and Female identifying communities, however is open to all. We are aiming to build community and advocacy among creators on campus and beyond who are often overlooked and surpassed because of who they are. We wish to invite you to our event to spread your mission and connect with a wide range of individuals.
The event will take place Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 6:30 - 9:30pm at the Temple Performing Arts Center at 1837 N Broad St. If you are interested and can attend, please respond to this email and let us know.

Temple's Undergraduate History and Social Sciences Association is calling for student submissions in their semesterly research journal sponsored by the Temple University Library Press.
The subjects include but are not limited to, American Studies, Art History, Anthropology, Asian StudiesCriminal Justice, Economics, English, Gender/Sexuality/Women's Studies, Geography/Urban Studies, Global Studies, History, Political Science, and Sociology.
