Las Vegas, NV is a big populated place with fulfilling events to experience.
Las Vegas is beautiful city in the state of Nevada. There are three main points that are going to be told, history, some accommodations, and when your there you want to do things right, well that’s the entertainment. Since the history was a long time ago and it already passed, let’s get right into that first.
Las Vegas’s history is pretty cool for being in the state of Nevada.
- Nearly 10,000 years ago, Paleo-Indians were the first people to arrive in the Las Vegas Valley, after till now the groups left trailing rock art that is still visible on the landscape.
- In 1912, at Fremont Street, the first outdoor movie theater opened which was called The Airdome.
- In 1935, the city of Las Vegas hosted the first Helldorado celebration, rodeo, and parade.
- In 1941, Strip El Rancho Vegas was the only resort; singers, comedians, instrumentalists, dancers, and a wide variety of performers were booked to entertain hotel guests in the resort’s small, intimate showroom.
- The very first television station in Nevada, named KLAS, started their business in 1953.
- There are many more interesting Las Vegas history facts but that’s enough for now, let’s see what we got under the accommodations.
Where would you stay, how would you get everywhere you want to go to, and how would you even get there if there. You need those accommodations.
- Delta airlines one of the best, most known out there. 3/10/15-3/15/15 (spring break), which is a great time to go. $398.70 per traveler, it’s pretty cheap too.
- TI – Treasure Island Hotel and Casino. Prices start at $95 per night. Ratings 3.6 out of 5.
- The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino. Prices start at $209 per night. Ratings 4.3 out of 5.
- The Mirage Sprawling Casino Hotel. Prices start at $100 per night. Ratings 4.1 out of 5.
- There is a Monorail, Car Rentals, Red Double Decker Bus, and a Transit Bus. All of those can take you pretty much anywhere around this city.
- The accommodations are the most important about the trip, but what are you going to do when you get there.
At the city of Las Vegas, NV you can have entertainment with everyone every ages. It’s just right.
- Red Rock Canyon National Park Area is sight-seeing and hiking/trailing, $7 per car, $5 for commercial vehicles (like tour buses and limousines), $3 for motorcyclists and tour bus riders, free for bicyclist and hikers who park at the loop entrance; an annual pass is available for $30, open daily at 6 a.m., closing time depends on the season it is.
- Adventuredome (aka Grand Slam Canyon) is a theme park indoor, Junior Ticket (under 48”) is $16.95 per person, Regular Ticket (48” or taller) is $29.95 per person, Mon-Thurs open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sat open 10 a.m. – 12 a.m., and Sunday open 10 a.m. – 9 p.m..
- X-Scream is the third highest amusement ride of about 866 feet in the midair attached to the building named Stratosphere, Mon-Thurs & Sunday open 10 a.m. – 1 a.m., Friday & Saturday open 10 a.m. – 2 a.m., tower ticket plus all-day pass is $36, three rides $35, $30 for two rides, one ride $25, express pass is $10 more dollars, and front of the line pass runs for $10 more dollars per person for all.
- Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay is one of the largest tank/aquarium in North America, Adult ticket is $18, Seniors $16, children (5-12) $14, children (4 & younger) free, yearly pass is $40 for adults, children (5-12) $25, and children (4 & younger) free, Mon-Thurs & Sunday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m..
- The Venetian has Gondola Rides which are beautiful small boats that take you around the little villages that are almost floating on the water, it’s a mock of the one in Venice Italy, $19.95 for four seats, private two seats (aka honeymoon) $79.80, Indoor ride Sunday – Thurs 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. – 12 a.m., Outdoor daily 11 a.m. – 10 p.m..
- When you're there you got to enjoy your visit/stay with all this entertainment to make your trip as best as can be.
Las Vegas, Nevada is one of the most amazing and exciting place from all of the 50 states in the United States of America as stated in entertainment magazines.
