TUSD Family Resource Centers

Family Resource Center services are available to TUSD students and their families, free of charge. Please call the center to register for classes. Childcare is available to TUSD students and siblings for most classes. Please inform staff of the need for childcare when you register. Include the number of children, ages, and any special needs. Interpreter services are available. Please inform staff of the need for an interpreter when you register. Please register at least two weeks in advance if interpreter services are needed.

Beginning Spanish Skills- Presented by Ms. Mendez

Computer Class & Homework Help (for adult & children)
Do you need help learning basic computer skills? We can help! A TUSD certified instructor will be available to provide support with basic computer skills and online forms, applications, and programs. The Family Resource Centers have partnered with Literacy Connects to provide free Adult English classes for parents, guardians, or caregivers of TUSD registered students. Financial Education- Presented by Family Housing Resources
The Financial Foundations Program was developed for Family Housing Resources Inc. to help you build a solid foundation of financial education, grow your wealth, and achieve financial freedom. It includes an 8-session course covering budgeting, taxes, loans, and more. After the course, we will pair you with an expert mentor to help you create a plan to achieve your financial goals. Talk It Out Together- Presented by Talk It Out Counseling Services
Welcome to Talk It Out Together! As a parent or caregiver, we know it can be challenging to navigate life's everyday struggles. That is why we've created a safe and supportive space for you to come together and share your experiences. Our group is overseen by a licensed family therapist who can provide guidance and support whenever you need it. We meet twice a month, once during the day and once in the evening, so you can choose the time that works best for you. Join us and let's work through life's challenges together!
