Newsies
Dear West Wing Parents,
We are so proud of all our student performance of Newsies! Our students worked hard all year on our school musical! Thank you to all of our parents and PTSA for supporting our school production and a HUGE thank you to Mr. Denton for an incredible job! Check out more pictures on our website.
We would like to invite our parents to an upcoming assembly brought to us by our West Wing PTSA. Please join us for a special event promoting kindness and fun on Tuesday, May 14 at the Lollipop. Parents please bring your own chair if you would like to sit. All parents should park at Copper Hills Church or the West Wing Park and enter campus at the Trail Gate. All students should bring a towel to sit on.

Hello Parents and Guardians.
With the end of school year approaching in a couple of weeks, there are a few things to keep in mind.
· If your child has meds at school, they need to be picked up by Thursday, May 23rd since this is the last day the front office is open. If you need to speak with me, please reach out to me on or before May 16th. Medications not picked up will be destroyed. Medications do not carry over into the next school year.
· For those students that will have medications at school for Asthma, Allergies, Seizures or Treatments, I will need COMPETELY NEW doctor forms. I will send out the needed forms to all parents/guardians of those students who currently have medications with me, but if you should need additional forms, please go to the West Wing home page> click on Health Office> click on, Forms. All forms that you need will be there.
Hot Weather: We have had some cool temperatures lately, but that is about to change. It is very important that students bring water to school, so they stay hydrated. I have had to send some students home in the past weeks, when temps hit in the 90’s, since they did not drink enough water and became nauseated, were vomiting, had severe headache pain and lethargy.
**Please, send your child to school with a water bottle!
Always know that your child’s health is my top priority!
