Thank You for Making Fine Arts Night a Sensational Success!
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to you for attending our recent Fine Arts Night. Your presence truly contributed to the vibrant and joyful atmosphere of the evening.
We were thrilled to showcase the exceptional talents of our students, and I am so glad that you could experience the sensational artwork they created. Each piece was a testament to their creativity and hard work, and it was wonderful to see so many members of our community come together to celebrate their achievements.
Additionally, the performances by our choir and ukulele club were truly awesome, weren't they? The dedication and passion of our students were on full display, filling the evening with songs that brought back a lot of memories for all. It was a joy to witness how much our guests enjoyed these performances.

Mini Monsters Bears Camp Photos
The Mini Monsters Bears was held two weeks ago at school. It was especially exciting as students engaged in a range of activities designed to teach them about the importance of healthy living. Through non-contact football drills, the kids not only improved their athletic skills but also learned valuable lessons on healthy eating, physical activity, and the necessity of staying hydrated. It was fantastic to see them embrace these concepts with so much enthusiasm and energy!
Here is the link to the photos from the day. Ms. Duffy was able to capture amazing shots of the students.
A Fairy Tale Ending to Celebrate Mrs. Turrentine's Retirement!
I'm excited to share with you a magical moment that unfolded at Prospect this past Thursday. In a delightful twist, our teachers transformed into fairy tale characters, creating a whimsical and memorable day for everyone, especially for Mrs. Turrentine.
As you may know, Mrs. Turrentine is approaching her well-deserved retirement, and we wanted to start her "ABC Retirement" countdown in a unique and joyous manner. The theme for Thursday was "A Fairy Tale Ending," celebrating the culmination of her wonderful career. It was not only a tribute to her years of dedication but also a fun surprise that brought a lot of smiles to our school.
The students' reactions were priceless as they walked into their classrooms to find Snow White, Elsa, and other beloved characters teaching their lessons! It was a fantastic way to blend learning with fun and kick off the countdown to Mrs. Turrentine's retirement with a touch of enchantment.
It's events like these that make our community so special and memorable for our students and staff alike.
Your Input Matters! Last chance, it will close today at midnight.
We appreciate your input as we start planning for student class assignments for the upcoming 24/25 school year. These questions are tailored to understand your child's educational needs, personality, and any other factors you believe are important for their success. Please feel free to answer these questions openly and provide as much detail as you think is needed.
The information you share will be taken into consideration along with teacher recommendations when determining class placements. Class assignments are based on various factors such as gender, academic performance, behavior, and social aspects. We kindly ask that you do not make requests for a specific teacher as they will not be accommodated.
If you have a specific concern regarding your child's placement, please arrange a meeting with Mrs. Cummings by contacting 630-861-4401. Mrs. Alberts will assist in scheduling the meeting.
Completing the Parent Input Form is optional. It is available for parents who wish to share additional information that could assist us in making informed placement decisions.
Please complete by April 28th.
