From the School Nurses
All sixth graders will need an updated physical exam and immunizations for entry to grade seven in September. Please get your up-to-date papers in to the school nurse as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please call the school nurse or visit her web page.
Parents of seventh graders: Remember your child needs a second HPV prior to entering the 8th grade in August. This is a state requirement. Please call your doctor and schedule an appointment or fax the updated vaccine information to your school nurse.
