Health
To ensure I have the best health everyday I will eat healthy and remember to get exercise. Mentally, to stay healthy I will remind myself to think optimistically and not negatively.
Pain
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But I will react to that pain by stopping whatever is causing that feeling and learn from it. From this "pain" I will gain the knowledge of remembering to discontinue whatever may be causing that mental or physical "pain".
Enviorment
I am who I am because of my surroundings.
I want simply happiness from life so I need to surround myself with people who make me happy and people who are not sad and do not do bad things.
