The coach is there to teach the basketball players to become better at the sport. They also control the playing time of players. There is no minimum required education, but many coaches start coaching at colleges and high schools, which may take a bachelor's degree. During the 2014-15 season, NBA coaches earned an average of $3.05 million for the season. This position requires spending time in gyms and locker rooms with the players. I think this job would suit me because I really enjoy basketball, and I feel as though I understand the game pretty well.

The batboy's job is to perform a variety of duties at baseball facilities and maintain and provide equipment to athletes. There is no minimum requirement to become a batboy, but you have to be 14 years old in order to get the job. The New York Yankees batboy made $7955 last year, and batboys also get free admission to the games. I would enjoy this job because I would be close to professional baseball players. Also, I would get to see baseball games for free.

Sports Analysts provide more in-depth knowledge of the game to the people watching. You don't need an education to become an analyst, but many do. Also, lots of them have a background in sports. While the bare minimum a sports reporter made in 2011 was $18,000 a year, the average starting salary was closer to $22,500 a year, according to a survey conducted by the Radio Television Digital News Association. Those with more experience average $38,300 a year. These people work at sports games and in studios. I would choose this job because you have to really enjoy sports, which I do, and I am also very knowledgeable about sports.

The job of the chef is to create delicious food, and also direct other people in the kitchen what to do. This occupation requires a lot of training which can be obtained at a four-year university, at technical schools, and at culinary arts schools. The median salary for chefs and head cooks in 2013 was $42,490. Chefs spend their time in the kitchen, and may do some strenuous activities, such as lifting heavy pots and pans. I would enjoy this job because I am pretty good at cooking, and I enjoy eating really delicious food.
