Clipper Family Weekly Updates
PRINCIPAL'S CORNER
Greetings Clippers!! Happy Women's History Month!!
As we are approximately 3 weeks away from spring break, with the 3rd quarter ending on Friday, March 22nd. I want to remind students of the expectations below to ensure school safety and success.
Students please be reminded that Uniform/ID checks will resume, tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5th (A-Day)- It is the expectation that ID’s are visible at ALL Times. All students have been given ID’s. For questions, please follow up with the grade level assistant principal.
Our school uniform consists of the following:
Solid black collared shirt
Khaki bottoms
Closed toe shoes
Clear back pack
Solid black outerwear
NO HOODIES
Students that do not have solid black outerwear will be asked to place these items in their locker during the school day. This includes hoodies. Lockers were issued to ALL students.
Also, hats or any type of headgear are not allowed to be worn during the school day. Ski masks are not allowed as well. Feel free to review these expectations on our school website or follow up with Administration.
Lastly, students staying after school for a sport, activity, or enrichment must be with a coach or sponsor at ALL times. Once the dismissal bell rings, students must report directly to their activity location. Failure to do so will result in removal from the program. THERE WILL BE NO INS AND OUTS after school!!!
Thank you for your support with maintaining a safe school environment! Please check the school’s website for upcoming events.
Spring Break is around the corner, CLIPPERS!!! Let’s END THE 3rd QUARTER STRONG!!!!

ATTENDANCE AND GRADES MATTER
School attendance plays a major part in student achievement. Being chronically absent or missing 10% of the school year (about 18 days) for lawful or unlawful reasons can drastically affect a student’s academic success.
School achievement begins with regular attendance. Parents/guardians must ensure that all school-age children in their care are in school on time daily. Attendance must be taken every day by each teacher, the first 15 minutes of every class.
