Every two years the State Allocation Board adjusts the amount of developer fees that school districts may levy. On January 24, 2024, an increase of fees that may be collected by school districts was approved. In order for the District to increase the developer fee charges to match the new rates, the District conducted the required Developer Fee Justification study with SchoolWorks Inc.
