The Coaching Leader
A Leadership Workshop Using "The Tao of Coaching"
Target Audience
Workshop Description & Overview
Studies have shown that investing just 10 minutes in coaching another person will save you an hour. In our chronically overwhelmed world, that kind of investment pays enormous dividends! The participants will leave with a framework to use coaching in a variety of situations whether it be motivating others, dealing with performance issues, or just encouraging others to be their best.
These skills are also critical to implement change and make it stick.
A UNIQUE APPROACH
The workshop will be a highly interactive event utilizing the AGES and Socratic method of facilitation, which will greatly improve participant learning and retention. Follow-up group coaching will enable participants to further increase learning and retention and deepen their understanding and application. These steps are the state-of-the-art approach to training adults today according to the latest neurological research and adult learning findings.
