ATTENDANCE
Attendance counts!!
Come to school every day-we have so many fun incentives happening right now. We have our attendance assemblies where we honor students with monthly perfect attendance and classrooms with a trophy to keep for the month! We have perfect attendance parties for classrooms who have students here on time every day and complete their Lehigh letters coloring. And last but not least we have attendance surprise days; one per month!
I-Ready Time on Task
i-Ready Minutes January
Hello Lehigh Families,
i-Ready is a great resource for our kids to use daily. The expectation is for ALL students to do 45 minutes of Reading and 45 minutes of Math every week. If you have access to a computer and the internet, you will be able to access i-Ready at home. Use the student Symbaloo link-
https://omsdstudent.symbaloo.com/home/mix/13ePBice8A and go through CLEVER to log into i-Ready.
This month, the 3rd grade accumulated the most i-Ready minutes for Reading and Math!! Congratulations to the 3rd grade. We also saw an increase in i-Ready minutes in all grade levels. Keep up the great work.
THANK YOU!!
Mr. Russ

2nd & 3rd Grade Soccer Teams
Over the last couple of weeks Lehigh's 2nd & 3rd grade boys and girls soccer teams have been practicing in preparation for the OMSD Soccer games at Oaks Middle School on Saturday, March 9. Destiny Reyes is the girls' team soccer team coach and Jorge Rodriguez is the boys' soccer team coach. On March 9 players can either ride with their parents to the games or meet at Lehigh and ride in a bus. Both the girls' team and boys' team will each play 2 games. Lehigh has some very enthusiastic and excited soccer players so the games should be a lot of fun to watch.

- "Remember to always show RESPONSIBILITY by having your materials for class."
- "Remember to always be READY TO LEARN in the classroom."
- "How did you show RESPECT today?"
It is always a great conversation topic to also talk about how you showed RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, and READY TO LEARN in your daily life. We teach our students by example so sharing your experiences during your day is always a great opportunity to TEACH and MODEL!
