Primary News:
It was a whirlwind week and here we are at the last day of school! Field day was a blast- thanks
Jack Bair! This week we had a special kindergarten graduation ceremony and continued our
Montessori kindergarten traditions with the kindergarten hike and spiral. Each graduate placed a
painted rock in the spiral on the hill behind the school.
It has been a wonderful, successful school year. We enjoyed watching every one of the students
grow this year. It feels like we are returning to ‘normal’ after a time that was not. We enjoyed
being able to offer group snack again this year, thanks to your efforts sending in healthy,
delicious food. Snack time offers many opportunities for learning Montessori grace and courtesy.
I want you to know all of your volunteer efforts and time spent help to make this school the
success it is! I hope you made it to the volunteer breakfast this Friday morning for all of our
parent volunteers.
We look forward to a great year next year and we are already planning for it! For all parents of
preschool students next year - we need to know if your child needs full or half days next school
year. At this time we have limited full day spots. In the coming week, Ms Monica and Ms Deanna
will be calling preschool parents.
Parents of preschool children, who want CPP next year and have not applied for the coming
school year, please call Brianna Carlquist (970)874-9517 to assure your child a slot.
Report cards will be mailed next week so keep an eye out for them.
Have a great summer!
Warmly,
