LRTC PD Schedule
2013-2014
Ten Minute Tech Bytes and Thinker Thursdays are coming your way!
What's a Tech Byte?
- Bring your lunch and join us for a 10 minute app tutorial or website tutorial on the scheduled Tuesdays. Walk away with an understanding of the app features and functions and ideas on how to integrate it into your classroom (whether you have one iPad or a classroom full of them!). We will meet in the LRTC for Tech Bytes, but will meet in a 6th grade classroom for the 6th grade lunch period.
- 6th Grade Tech Byte: 11-11:10am
- 7th Grade Tech Byte: 11:40-11:50am
- 8th Grade Tech Byte: 12:25-12:35pm
- Have lunch duty or your schedule doesn't match up with this? Join us before school on the scheduled day to receive your Tech Byte :)
What's a Thinker Thursday?
- Thinker Thursday is a time to dig a bit deeper, expand your understanding of the iPad and Web 2.0 tools in preparation for next year, and to share stories of technology integration to support student learning. We will meet after school from 3:15-4:00pm on the scheduled Thursdays.
