Spring BullyTin: Is it Bullying or is it Conflict?
Working toward identifying best fit conflict resolution strategies and best fit actions against bullying.
Borton is a kindness school. At Borton, we are dedicated to providing our students with the skills to problem solve and seek adult support as necessary.
Identifying solutions
Two questions drive the identification of the situation and solution approaches for our students:
1. Am I creating a safe and comfortable environment for myself and others?
2. How can I resolve the conflict safely and comfortably?
"EVERYONE deserves to feel SAFE and COMFORTABLE."
