Future Engineers Opportunity
Army Education Outreach Program (AEOP) has partnered with Future Engineers (www.futureengineers.org) on a mini-challenge for students in 4th-8th grade to create a wearable 3D designed pin to show their appreciation for our nation’s veterans!
The 10 finalists will have their designs printed and distributed to veterans at the National Veterans Museum in Columbus, Ohio. The top winner will win a 3D printer donated to the school, library or organization of their choice.

The challenge is free to enter and can be done virtually or in-person, alone or with a teacher. It is open to 4th-8th grade students attending a public, private, or home school in the United States, including U.S. territories or possessions and schools operated by the U.S. for the children of US personnel overseas.
The challenge will close at 9 pm (AK) on Veterans Day, 11 November 2021.

To help get students ready to move on to their next military installation, parents can fill out the "Transition Referral" form and email it to the appropriate School Liaison Officer to hand off to the next duty station, i.e. a warm handoff : )

DODEA Virtual High School is accepting applications for the Spring semester
DODEA E2P2 program is accepting applications for the Spring Semester 2022. They are offering semester classes to military connected high school students, who has a parent serving in active duty status, serving on Eielson AFB or Fort Wainwright:
9th - 12th graders Coding classes
- Coding I. CTP3310T. 18 weeks
- Coding II. CTP3320T. 18 weeks
9th - 12th graders Economics class
- Economics SSN4010T. 18 weeks
10th - 12th graders Java Programming classes
- Java Programming I. CTP3050T. 18 weeks
- Java Programming II. CTP3060T. 18 weeks
11th - 12th graders Psychology class
- Psychology. SSP5010T. 18 weeks
Process
- Students download the application.
- Students fill out Outside Credit form.
- Receive confirmation from the school district.
- Register for the course.
- School Counselor checks graduation status and signs application.
- Parents sign, attach a copy of orders, and email it to e2p2@dodea.edu.
- After the course is completed, students turn in a transcript with the final grade to the School Counselor.
