Youth Acting Classes
Youth Acting Classes will take place Saturday mornings in January and February beginning January 9 under the instruction of Gayle Gearhart, CAST artistic Director.
Grades 1-3 will meet 9am-10am,
Grades 4-7 will meet 10am-11am
Grades 8-12 will meet 11am-12noon.
Registration is $35 per child, or $30 per child for families with more than one participant.

American Sign Language Classes
American Sign Language classes will be offered Wednesday evenings, starting January 27, from 6pm-7pm, under the instruction of Dr. William J. Grigsby, Ph.D. These classes will feature deaf history, deaf culture, deaf arts, and more. All ages are welcome to participate.
The only cost for this class is the purchase of an optional workbook.

Friday Night Live!
Friday Night Live! returns to the CAST stage on Friday, January 8 at 7:30pm. This family friendly, open mic performance is loosely based on the popular Saturday Night Live. Local musicians and comedians are encouraged to participate. Admission is $5 and tickets can be purchased at the door or HERE. Doors open at 7pm. The next Friday Night Live! will be February 7 at 7:30pm.
Touch of Grey Concert
The CAST Music Series welcomes Touch of Grey, a local classic rock band, to the stage on Saturday, January 23 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased at the door or HERE.
Sip and Paint Fundraiser
Registrations are being accepted for a Sip and Paint Fundraiser. CAST is pleased to be partnering with The Liddle Gallery and Moena Restaurant to offer this fundraiser at Moena Restaurant on Saturday, February 7 at 2pm. Click HERE to register. Registration closes Sunday, January 31.
Reader's Theatre Performances
CAST Artistic Director, Gayle Gearhart has launched a new program for area theater companies to share actors, directors, spaces and performances.
The Reader's Theatre Company will perform its first selection, Love, Loss and What I Wore, at The Liddle Gallery in Clearfield on Friday, January 22 at 7:00 pm, at the Rowland Theater in Philipsburg on Saturday, January 23 at 2:00 pm, and at the Reitz Theatre in DuBois on Sunday, January 24 at 2:00 pm.
An ensemble of five actresses explore the many aspects of womanhood. Both funny and moving, the play moves quickly and gracefully through feminine wiles, worries, wanderlust and wonder.
The performances are $5.00 each, and tickets can be purchased at each venue prior to each performance.
Program Advertisements
CAST is currently seeking businesses and organizations who may be interested in placing advertisements in the upcoming program for the season. Many sizes and arrangements are still available. These ads will be seen by many people, and the sponsor will be supporting the arts in downtown Clearfield. Click HERE for more info.
Season Tickets
January Work Parties
Work parties to help spruce up CAST will happen each Saturday in January starting at 12 noon. Building maintenance, repairs, set construction, cleaning, reorganizing materials, and much more will be done during this time. Any and all volunteers are greatly appreciated during these sessions.
