Perkiomen Valley Athletics
Week of March 27
Winter and Spring Sports
Spring sports are officially underway as our boys tennis team actually had their first PAC event this week when we defeated OJR 4-3. Landon Raupp showed determination and resiliency as he lost the first set but won the next two sets to garner the fourth point and give PV the win. Behind the pitching of Bella Reedy, the softball team won their first game of the season by defeating Hatboro 3-1. Varsity girls lacrosse also won their first game of the season in an exciting 11-10 win over North Penn. Lastly, varsity baseball defeated Souderton 2-0 behind the pitching of Justin Stasyk and Derek Smith who combined for a shutout on only 91 pitches combined. Good luck to all Spring sports as we continue to ramp up our games and PAC play!
Sincerely,
Robert L. Felty Jr.
