Twitter Moments
Here are some of the things I'm reading on Twitter! If you haven't guessed, I love Twitter. It is a great resource. I have included a link (button) below to an "all things Twitter" newsletter. Twitter is not a social media tool for me but a way to connect with educators across the globe. I have found some great tools and resources by using Twitter.
Reading, writing and vaping: Kids using e-cigs in middle school
I included information about vaping in the parent newsletter for the month of October. It is a serious issue. We have not seen any cases at East Yancey so far this year.
Bringing Humor Into the Secondary Classroom
Students have to use their creativity to apply vocabulary terms in different contexts.
