As an Income Support Specialist you will manage inbound calls regarding ACS monetary and non-monetary donations, provide technical support for ACS events and related website issues, and offer information delivery on ACS initiatives, mission and values. You will also be expected to demonstrate the highest level of customer service to our volunteers and donators. It will be up to you to promote resolution of escalated issues through positive constituent engagement. In short this position will allow you to use your computer savvy skills to end the fight against cancer.

Beyond the Hilltop is an online graduate survey hosted by Career and Professional Development targeting graduating students for the Class of 2015. We aim to capture over 90% of our graduating class. Graduating students will be emailed this survey on Monday, April 13, 2015. The Beyond the Hilltop campaign will conclude at 11:59 pm on Saturday, May 9, 2015.
Graduating students who complete the online survey will be rewarded with a professional padfolio embossed with St. Edward's University Alumni Association. Upon completing the survey, we ask that students print out the completion form at the end of the survey and visit Career and Professional Development in Moody Hall 134 to pick up their padfolio.

Beyond the Hilltop Workshop Series is a workshop for graduating students interested in learning tips on writing cover letters and resumes, job search and job applications, networking, interviewing, and preparing for life after college. This is a great workshop for students graduating May 2015!
This workshop will assist you in developing a resume from scratch or polishing the one you currently have. This workshop is strongly recommended for ALL students as they begin the job search process.
