Here are some resources highlighted by Cornell College about Leadership:
We've noticed that many high school and college students don't consider themselves to have meaningful leadership experience. But they have more than they think!
Your students might be thinking, "I don't want to be student body president–how else can I get leadership experience in college?" Our Student Affairs team put together a small sampling of leadership opportunities for students on campus.
Inside Higher Ed recently published an article highlighting that students with certain advantages are more likely to hold leadership positions. Acknowledging this disparity can help students identify opportunities to bolster their resumes.

There will be a Mandatory Sophomore Guest Speaker Session in the Brown Center for the Arts on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. This will be a presentation from Brian Zaun, Regional Admissions and Recruitment Manager from San Diego State University, about what to consider as you choose where you want to acquire additional training and/or education. For the past two years, we have been exploring the WHY (who am I) and the WHAT (what do I want to do) of their PWR Path (Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness).
