The Falcon Flyer

From the Principal!
Thursday evenings was a wonderful night during our annual Kinder and Pre-K Round Up! We were so excited to welcome such a large crowd of future falcons! Can you believe that next year's kindergarten students will be the Graduating Class of 2038?!?! For any of our families that were unable to attend, we have included a link to the presentation in the newsletter that was shared with parents. Please contact our front office if you have any questions or need further assistance.
We want to give a shout out to the following three homeroom classes: Mrs. Coolidge, Mrs. Boyd, and Ms. Leal's homeroom classes have all hit 60 days of perfect attendance! What an incredible accomplishment! What homeroom class will finish at the top by the end of the year?!?
Officer Gomez had some extra assistance today from 1st grader, Gemma Marsh, as she was our honorary SRO of the Day! Gemma won this prize during this year's annual Read-a-thon event. She even got to take a trip with Officer Gomez to the Boerne Police Department to be sworn in by Chief Perez and she got a behind the scenes look! Congratulations, Gemma!
Registration for the 2024 - 2025 school year is open! All families that will be returning to Fabra or have a new child starting Fabra will need to register. These numbers are vital for our planning purposes of ensuring we have the correct number of teachers in each grade for the upcoming year. Please log into your Skyward Family account and register your students for the 2024-2025 school year. We will have our annual registration assistance day on April 10th. Please come in that day if you need assistance with the registration process.
Please read through this newsletter for information regarding upcoming events as well as information and news from the current and upcoming weeks. As always, please reach out to us if we can help in any way. Enjoy your weekend!

Plastic Bag Drive!! Help Us win $500!!!
The new HEB in Fair Oaks is holding a competition to see which elementary school can collect the most plastic bags. The competition is school wide, and we have the chance to win $500. The competition began last week Monday (we were on Spring Break) and will end on Thursday, April 11th. We invite all of our families to bring in their plastic bags to not only help the environment but help our campus win $500. The plastic bags do not have to be from HEB, they can be from any store. Please bring them in to the front office by April 11th. Thank you for your help!
