SCHOOL NEWS
School Wide Homework Club--Starting November 17th
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are writing this letter to welcome and encourage your child to participate in the Homework Club.
The Homework Club is available to all students at King Philip Middle School and is a great opportunity to work on homework with the support of a certified instructor. It is our goal to help your child improve on his or her academics, homework completion and to assist those students who need assistance to make up work after being absent.
Students are welcome to attend whenever they deem it helpful. Students may also be invited to attend the Homework Center by their teachers. We do ask that students come with assignments to complete and are prepared to work for the entire time of Homework Club. Students will have access to the late busses.
The club will meet on most Mondays and Thursdays from 2:55 - 4:00 PM beginning November 17th.
There will be an instructor to supervise and to support the students in their assignments each afternoon.
We hope that your child will take advantage of this program.
