PSTA Virtual Candidate Town Halls
Over the next two months, PSTA will be hosting virtual town halls with candidates for the General Assembly. These events will be conducted on Zoom every afternoon from 4:00-4:30 PM. Each town hall will involve a single candidate answering questions from PSTA staff and members that participate in the call. Town halls will also be recorded and available for members to review at their convenience.
You can find the full calendar of town halls on our Election Guide website. The calendar includes the Zoom link and passcode for each town hall. Please note that we plan for these town halls to be exclusively for PSTA members to ensure members can interact with the candidates, so please do not share the Zoom information for a town hall with anyone.
Each Thursday, we will highlight the town halls for the coming week. All members are welcome to participate in all town halls, but if you can only join a few town halls, we hope you will select the ones for the candidates from your area of the state. If you have any questions about the town halls, please contact Patrick Kelly at pkelly@palmettoteachers.org.
