AIU OER Summit
Consider Open Educational Resources (OER) for Your District
Join us for an exciting event
Districts need to make strategic choices concerning instructional materials, including adherence to standards, relevance, and quality. Nationally, there is a growing movement focused on the review, selection, and implementation of Open Educational Resources (OER). These materials, residing in the public domain or shared through Creative Commons licensing, allow for use and modification by educators. The OER Summit will provide opportunities for discussion by district representatives about successful adaptation, policy and budgetary considerations, and the potential for customizing/transforming instructional content for all students.
This Summit is being offered as part of Remake Learning Days 2016.
