Miniterm 7 Ends April 16
Please check your grades and complete missing or failing work. Ask your teachers for help. They want you to succeed.

Tech Summer Camps
This year Success in Education is hosting a three-week summer camp for middle, junior high and high school students at the Advanced Learning Center (161 E. 400 N, Salem). This camp aims to equip students with valuable skills in a fun and engaging environment. The program will run from July 8th to July 26th, 2024, excluding July 24th, and will be divided into three exciting subjects:
Week 1 (July 8th - 12th): Cybersecurity - Students will explore the world of digital security, learning the best practices to protect themselves and their information online.
Week 2 (July 15th - 19th): Game Development - Students will delve into the fundamentals of game creation, and experiment by building their own games.
Week 3 (July 22nd - 26th, excluding 24th): Career Exploration - Students will gain insight into various technology fields, meet professionals, and discover their future paths.
SENIORS - Submit your senior quote!
If you would like to have a senior quote published in the yearbook, submit your quote. Remember to keep it civil and school appropriate. Inappropriate quotes will not be published. The deadline for Quotes is Tuesday, April 16th.

Student Mental Health Screener
Nebo District is offering a mental health screener for students on the evening of April 22, 2024, at Diamond Fork Middle School from 4 pm to 8 pm. We will be using Terrace Metrics software to measure mental and emotional strengths, as well as screen for anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation of students in grades 6-12.
If you would like to participate please sign up here for an appointment. The assessment tool takes an average of 15 minutes to complete. Afterward, you and your student will meet with a school counselor or social worker to discuss the results of the assessment and receive resources as needed.
