PROM SEASON starts this weekend, so don't be surprised if you see teens wearing gorgeous gowns and elegant tuxedos posing for front-yard photos. Friday's MHS junior prom, which is being held at Maneleey’s in South Windsor, is followed on May 31 with senior prom at the Hartford Marriott. These are just two of the many special events that make the last months of the school year a whirlwind. The last day of classes is Monday, June 17 -- with MHS graduation set for Wednesday, June 12.
