Who Am I?
"You have brains in your head and feet in your shoes, you can steer yourself in any direction you choose!"~Dr. Seuss
Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like spontaneity, expression, nurturing, social, interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract, and conceptual thinking. However, sometimes I need more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.
Decision Making
Behavioral Style
When making decisions I tend to follow the Behavior Style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supported, have a talent for building teams, are action oriented and motivated by acceptance of peers and avoiding conflict. Others sometimes perceive my decision making style as wishy-washy, unable to say no, overly concerned with others or unable to make decisions, The best organizational fit for me is one that allows for informality, with simple organization, and loose settings.
My Personality Type
#1 Orange
I have a orange personality type. That means that I am very fun loving and competitive, adventurous, and creative. I listen for entertainment and if a message is not engaging I will lose interest. I communicate fast paced, brief, loud, interrupts, and straightforward. It frustrates me when others go at a slow pace and when I must follow steps.
