Choose from the Study Mode or Game mode in order to use this resource the way that best fits your instruction.
Gale: Opposing Viewpoints in Context
When asked to locate information on something, how many of us are guilty of going straight to Google? "Let me Google that for you" is a phrase I hear all the time. Through the power of Gale Digital Resources, our students and staff now have quick access to Gale Opposing Viewpoints when using Google to complete a search. Once the search is done, you will see the Library Results box for Opposing Viewpoints in Context show up on the right of the Google results. (See picture above.) Another bonus, any In Context Digital Resource will directly link to your Google Account. This means the saving and sharing of articles is that much easier! Happy Searching.

Try Something New
Do you miss the days of putting stickers on student work? With DocStickers, you can again! Here is a collection of DocStickers created by Stephanie Filardo (with some in Spanish and French) that you can save to your Google Docs and then "attach" to student documents. Create your own in Google Drawings as well. Simple shapes, images, and text are all it takes to customize your own. Ask Lisa for a lesson, if you want some one-on-one help in Google Drawings to make your own, or if you would like assistance attaching stickers to student work.
Starbucks, Anyone?
For this week's challenge, let me know if the challenges are worth the time! Participation is low (insert sad face). What would make this opportunity more enticing? To enter this week's challenge, fill-out this Feedback Form. As always, you have until Sunday night to submit your response.
