History of Carnival 'Carnevale'
Early celebrations were centered around eating, drinking, wearing masks, and dancing.
Thousands of visitors came to celebrate. The wealthy threw costume balls while the nobleman paraded in the streets, and the poor dressed up too in costumes and masks.
