Important Information:
First Marking Period Wrap Up
Marking Period 1 closes tomorrow! Students should make sure all outstanding work is turned in and reach out to their teachers if they have any questions. Report cards will be posted to Powerschool on 11/20.
Reminder: All report card grades for MP 2 and moving forward will be noted as the earned grade on the report card; for grades earned under a 50%, they will NOT rounded up to a 50% as it was previously during Covid. Teachers will be reviewing this with students to remind them of this procedure. Any questions about this- please ask your student and/or their teacher.
Last Call for Parent/ Teacher Conferences: 11/7/23
We will hold parent teacher conferences on Tuesday, 11/7/23. You may sign up for a 15-minute conference with your child's teacher(s) by clicking on the link below. The appointment defaults to a virtual appointment, but you may select "in-person" if you would prefer. The teachers are listed by department for your convenience. Sign ups will close 24 hours before the conference date so teachers can prepare for the conference. Not sure if you need a conference? Please feel free to email your child's teacher if you have questions or are on the fence.
How to Sign Up (please read this list in full before signing up):
- Click on the document below to access the Parent/ Teacher List Conference Sign Up links.
- Once on that page, you will see the individual teachers' appointment schedules as a link to the right of their names. Click there to access each teacher's availability. (Teachers have a break for their prep and lunch and are unavailable between 11:30-1:00).
- **Please be sure to select 11/7/23 on the calendar for the appointment slots to show up.* It will default to today. You must toggle the calendar over to Nov 7. Once you select that date, the appointment times will show up. ***
