Cougar "Prints"
Week of September 24
First Full Week in Almost a Month
For those who were present, please bring that self-care goal with you to next week's staff meeting. Again, I am not asking you all to tell me, rather, I want to provide the opportunity for you all to reflect upon your individual goal.
As I get older, this job gets tougher, and the days come and go, I am constantly looking at ways to improve my overall health, attention to my family, and how I can better support you all in our journey each year. Mindfulness goes a long way in determining where you are on that spectrum. At times I do a good job, and others not so much...Where are you on that spectrum?

Thank you.
Let's Welcome baby Grayson John Berger!
Full Staff Meetings Oct. 3 and Oct. 10
Since this Friday is a full student day, we will need to have another shorter staff meeting Oct. 10 for about 30mins, and then we will transition to the SIT meeting, which will end at 4:30pm as previously scheduled. We have so much to cover that we are trying to avoid planning times, extra staff meetings another day of the week, etc.
