Need to Know
ES Parent Student Teacher Conferences (Interviews) ~ March 2 (8am to 8pm) and March 3 (8am to 12pm)
Online booking for Grades 1 to 6 is now available. You will have until Wednesday, March 1 at 2pm to book your appointment(s), at which time the system will be shut down.
Instructions on how to self-select appointments are included. Time blocks are 15 minutes in length (which includes a 10 minute appointment and 5 minutes of “travel” time).
At minimum, parents are expected to meet with their son(s) homeroom teacher.
Boys in grades 2 to 6 are to attend the interviews with their parents.
Kindergarten to Grade 5 “Breakfast” Meeting: This meeting is an opportunity for parents to meet with the administration to discuss the transition to the next school year. See Upcoming Events for particulars.
Grade 6 Transition to Middle School: Grade 6 parents (not students) are invited to take this opportunity to meet Mr. Lajoie and learn more about the Middle School. See Upcoming Events for particulars.
The Welcome Collective Collection ~ Last call for school supplies! Elementary School students are collecting school supplies for recently immigrated families and their children. Everything from the collection will be donated to The Welcome Collective. Click here to view the list of school supplies needed..
March Break Camps: It’s not too late to register for exciting camp experiences this March Break! There are still spaces available for Flag Football, Basketball and Debate camp. Hurry, registration closes Tuesday, February 28. Click here for more information.
Summer Camps: Summer camp options at Selwyn House will be available soon! Keep an eye out for more information in the coming weeks. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email camps@selwyn.ca.
Monthly reminders:
mySelwyn Portal (formerly OnCampus) ~ used by Elementary School families to access contract information and student directories. Your username for mySelwyn will be the email we have on file and the password you have chosen. For help accessing mySelwyn, contact Ms. Poulin in our Registrar's Office.
Student Directory (Updated regularly): The student directory is available online through mySelwyn under the Resource tab. This online directory is the exclusive property of Selwyn House School. Please note that the directory is provided for the sole use of parents of current Selwyn House School students. The Student Directory is not to be reproduced or distributed.

Elementary School students should be dropped off as per the times and locations as indicated below. If a student absolutely must arrive at school before their designated time there will be supervision in the yard starting at 7:50am.
