What Is It?
noun.
Air pollution is dangerous gasses and solids released into the air that are exhausted from from human-made objects along with pollen/mold.
Air pollution affects all of us from what our weather is like to our health.
Where is it found?
Air pollution can be found anywhere, even in Iowa. A big contributor to air pollution are from factories or populated places like China. Air pollution can affect the weather. In fact, the increase of pollution from China has increased the amount of snow and cold in North America.
Health Problems
Have you ever seen smog before? Even if you have or maybe you lucky enough to never breathe it in, you should know it is a huge contributor to the huge problem of air pollution and the growing number of asthmatic people. Finish this
Wind Power
We can reduce the amount of CO2 in the air by using wind power. These wind mills can create energy instead of releasing harmful gasses into the air. Iowa is near the top in the country with reducing CO2 that gets put into our air. In fact, Iowa has cut CO2 releases by 14 percent (Lockard).
