Origin of Rosemary
Rosemary is native to they dry areas of Mediterranean, and along the coast. Rosemary is Latin and is translated to "dew of the sea".
What part of Rosemary do we use?
When working with Rosemary you only use the leaves. The stem is to tough and doesn't hold flavor like the leaves do.
