Trish's Tech Tips
QR Codes and Using Them in the Classroom
What is a QR Code?
How do I read a QR Code?
When I see a QR code that I want to scan, I open the app, line the QR code up with the box on my screen and it scans away. This is an easy way to get to a website or whatever information is stored in the QR code.
How do I create a QR Code?
On example is the QR code generator, QRStuff.com
It is very easy to use.
Step 1: Choose what type of information you are going to store on the QR Code and select
Step 2: Enter the content (type in URL, email, username, etc.)
Step 3: Select your color
Step 4: Select the output type. Are you going to save it, print it, email, etc.?
That's it! You've created a QR Code.
