Ann Reid Families,
It was great seeing such smiling eyes of our children at school this week. No matter how they arrive, each student has found joy and love in being at school with us.
Curriculum Night is this week. You will receive a video from your teacher that outlines our curriculum and how we use a play-based approach to ensure your children are learning and growing. Our teachers do an amazing job at embedding learning into EVERY part of your child's day. You will not see your child coming home with worksheets, but you will be able to see some snapshots of their day through Seesaw.
Families may also sign-up for Parent-Teacher Conferences starting this Thursday. Parent-Teacher Conferences are times for families to virtually meet with your classroom teacher to discuss your children's progress at school and at home. You can also expect the teacher to ask for your ideas, suggestions, and concerns. Parent-Teacher Conferences are a great way to strengthen our partnerships and ensure your children's success.

Health and Safety Tips
Our students learn new skills at different rates. This also shows up in mask wearing. If your preschooler is still learning to wear and tolerate a mask, then please continue to send them with masks that fit their needs. We do have extra masks here at school should you forget. Please keep, label with your child's name, and reuse any school masks we send home.
If your student is NEW to Ann Reid Early Childhood Center, please submit your child’s physical examination and immunization records to the front office (or email to the health office at mromo-egharevba@naperville203.org or fax to 630-637-4033). Thank you!
All preschoolers in D203 will not be participating in the SHIELD Testing. Thank you for continuing to monitor your children's health, and keeping them home and contacting us if they are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
School News and Resources
Technology:
- Each of our students will be issued an iPad to support learning if your child is ever in quarantine. This week we will be sending home information about the devices and confirming when we will be sending iPads home in your children's backpacks.
- These iPads are designed and set-up for students.
- Returning students who did not return their iPad may contact me to have their device updated.
