Personal Appearance in Lebanon
· For older men the traditional clothing is a ghutra, which is a light head dress, and a thobe, which is a loose ankle-length garment.
· The traditional conservative shii women wear a chador which is a dress that covers the entire body. Other Muslim women wear a hijab and modest clothes.
Diet and Eating in Lebanon
· The main meal of the day is eaten between 12-3pm and usually lasts 2 or more hours.
· Utensils are a common tool to eat with at many meals, but for some meals they are eaten with broken pieces of bread or lettuce which are used as scoops.
