(not pictured Otto Horner, Aaron Lester, Griffin Bushman):
7th Grade: Otto Horner
- The 7th grade Student of the Month for March is Otto Horner. Otto is the type of student who wants to do well. He is self motivated and always up for a challenge. When given a task he dives right in!!!Teachers appreciate that Otto is a work first play second kind of guy. He is polite and respectful to staff. Congratulations, Otto Horner!
8th Grade: Payton Murray
- The March student of the month, Payton Murray, excels academically and is a voracious reader who is always looking for his next book. His intellectual curiosity really sets him apart, and he can often be seen hanging around the teacher’s desk at the end of class and asking in-depth questions about the work the high school classes are doing. He has even been witnessed requesting a copy of the short story the students two levels above him are currently reading. Keep up the great work, Payton!
9th Grade: Aaron Lester
- Aaron Lester is a student who cares about his academic performance. His attention to detail in his assignments shows his commitment to doing well. He often goes above and beyond in his answers, spending time analyzing and digging deeper. He tries to be a leader in the classroom, setting the example of behavior that his classmates can follow. Outside of class time, Aaron also has success in sports and FFA.
10th Grade: Olivia Gould
- Olivia is a joy to have in class! She is always willing to participate and will help other students without hesitation when they are confused or have questions. Her work is always done with integrity and turned in on time. Her positive attitude is contagious! She is kind and respectful, constantly giving compliments to those around her! She is very deserving of this recognition.
11th Grade: Griffin Bushman
- Griffin Bushman has been selected as the March Student of the Month from the junior class. Griffin has done an exceptional job this school year with his academics all while being involved in sports all year long. Griffin is always respectful to his teachers and leads his peers by example. He also has had a positive impact on his classmates this past month by helping them understand key concepts outside of class. Way to go Griffin!
12th Grade: Elaina Harris
- Elaina Harris is the Senior student of the month for March. She is a quiet person who is mighty when it comes to getting the job done. She earned her FFF Chapter Farmer Degree, works in the afternoon as part of the COOP program, helps Ms. Dempsey as a Teacher's Assistant, works for Backyard Barbeque, and is pursuing her food sanitation certificate on the side while she applies for college scholarships. Rosecrance Virtual Cafe
At Rosecrance, we provide a range of family support services including counseling, support, education, and information. One of these support services is our Parent Café. Parents need to know that they are not alone as their adolescent or young adult struggles with substance use and/or mental health disorders.Through Parent Café, our staff will help you talk with other parents who are going through similar experiences. You can learn what has worked for others and develop a strategy that makes sense for you.
At the request of our community, a confidential, free support group has been organized by Rosecrance and is open to all parents and/or guardians. This support group will be held virtually and requires participants to register in advance. A clinician will be available online and will facilitate the group.
