Wellness Wednesday Topic: Bullying Prevention Month
October is National Bullying Prevention Month. It is a perfect time for us to reflect on our interpersonal choices and behaviors. Are we doing all we can do to create safe spaces in our homes, schools, communities and -- most importantly at this time -- online? Be honest with yourself.
See something? Say something! No matter what you did in the past, if you or someone you know is being bullied (now or in the future), be brave enough to speak out. When we see bullying, we have a choice. We can act as if we didn't notice, join in, or say something. Speaking up takes courage. Saying something takes wisdom and strength. Respectfully standing up to bullying takes maturity and character.
We all deserve to be our best selves. Let's not intentionally diminish ourselves or each other.

- Start a resume that covers the criteria for these scholarships.

Two goals for this week:
- Conduct a time management self assessment (grid out your time and tasks for the week).
- Review these "best practice" time management tips from The College Board (the SAT folks).
