A Note about State Testing
State testing "season" is right around the corner. The tests will impact our 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade students. We are doing our very best to prepare every student so that they feel comfortable and confident in taking the test(s).
IREAD-3 (3/4 - 3/15)
2nd grade students will take IREAD-3 again this year. This assessment is designed to assess basic reading skills and will give us valuable information about what our students know and what they need. If your current 3rd grade student passed last year in second grade then they will not have to take the test again.
All third grade students that have not previously passed IREAD-3 will take the test this year.
ILEARN (4/15 - 5/10)
All of our 3rd and 4th grade students will take ILEARN. It will assess their skills in reading, writing, math and science (for 4th graders only).

Clothes Donations
Our nurse's office often supplies students with additional clothes, as needed. Currently we are in need of pants of all youth sizes, preferably pants that are made of stretchy fabric or sweats. We can always use gloves if you have an abundance as well. During your spring cleaning, please consider donating to our nurse's office. Thank you!
Help Needed
If you are interested in volunteering at Indian Trail, we would love to have you as needed. Just stop in the office and we will get you set up with a background check. We do want to share that the amount of visitors in the building is limited and we are not at this time allowing lunch guests/visitors.
If you are interested in becoming a breakfast/noontime assistant, please let us know and apply HERE!
