Why this is the best book of 2013
Divergent is the best book of the year for severeal reasons. First of all, the characters are described greatly and you really feel like you are in the scenes yourself. Also, it has a intruiging plot. There are many twists and turns and you don't know what is going to happen next. It can be hard to stop reading if you need to. Finally, the message of the story is really simple, but means a lot
Plot
The plot of Divergent is very intruiging. It is about a girl, Tris who has to choose what faction she will join. At her aptitude tests, a series of test that the kids go through to see what faction they fit in best. Tris fits into three factions which is very rare and thoes people are called Divergent. Tris then has to hide the fact that she is Divergent as she goes through simulations for her faction training. Will she make it?
Who this book is for
Divergent is for anyone who likes The Hunger Games, Maximum Ride, or The Maze Runner, you will like it. It has a similar plot with that it is in the future and that a teenager is that main character. Also, there are two sequels; Insurgent and Allegiant that both feature the same characters, setting, and plot. Insurgent comes first
