Teamwork it is! One Mason, One Family, One Team!
Together we learn, together we lift, and together we lead!
Message from the Principal
Dearest Mason Families,
Happy Friday! I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you for joining us at the parent-teacher conferences this week! Your presence and engagement underscore the importance of our partnership in addressing the education and well-being of our students. On behalf of us all at Mason, know that your support is invaluable, and we deeply appreciate your active involvement in your student's education!
As we approach the upcoming week, I would like to remind all families that spring break is scheduled from Monday, March 25, through Friday, March 29. School will resume on Monday, April 1. This break provides a much-needed opportunity for our students and staff to recharge, reconnect with family and friends, and enjoy some well-deserved rest!
For those celebrating the forthcoming Easter, I extend my warmest wishes for a joyous and blessed Easter filled with quality time spent with family and loved ones. May this special holiday bring happiness, renewal, and cherished memories to you and your loved ones!
Once again, thank you for your continued support and partnership in our shared mission to nurture the growth and success of our students. Wishing you all the best during the spring break and Easter holiday, and as always, teamwork it is! One Mason, One Family, and One Team! Together we learn, together we lift, and together we lead!

March Is Reading Month at Mason!
This March, Mason Classrooms will be celebrating the magic of books by reading Zoey and Sassafras (Book One) Dragons and Marshmallows by Asia Citro as a school with our One Mason, One Book kick off!
In the first book of this series, Zoey discovers a glowing photo and learns an amazing secret. Injured magical animals come to their backyard barn for help! When a sick baby dragon appears, it’s up to Zoey and Sassafras to figure out what’s wrong. Will they be able to help little Marshmallow before it’s too late?
Share the Magic!
Is your family opening the magic one page at a time at home? We’d love to see it! Send pictures of your student/family reading to macgila@gpschools.org to be displayed on our main bulletin board.
The Magic Continues!
Thanks to the generous support from the Mason PTO, each Mason family will take home a copy of Zoey and Sassafras (Book 2) Monsters and Mold!

The Leader in Every Student!
As a Mason Moose, there is a leader in you!
I will be proactive and in charge!
I will begin with the end in mind and have a plan to be responsible.
I will put first things first, doing work first, and then play.
I will think win win, because we are together as one team!
I will seek first to understand, and then to be understood.
I will synergize with my Mason family, because working together makes us stronger!
I will sharpen the saw, because balancing things feels best!
