Wyman Listening Post aimed at discussing the future of the historic Wyman School building. The focus of the session will be on sharing the results of environmental assessments & use of funding ($250K) from MoDNR to remove lead-based paint & asbestos.
Hospital Board will hear reports from CEO, CNO, CFO, Home Health/Hospice annual report; policy/ procedure approval; board yearly self-evaluation review/discussion
Parks & Recreation will review monthly financials, reports from director & staff, church land, social media archive, MPRA conference update, staffing update, Earth Day clean up event 2024, tennis.
CDBG Application Public Hearing will discuss city's intent to seek approx. $400K in CDBG funds to improve intersection of Corum Rd. & St. Louis Ave. & the railroad approaches on S. McCleary Rd.
City Council agenda items under development include social media policy, Miller/May right-of-way dedication, Municipal Court ordinance amendments, agreement with MoDOT for maintenance of sidewalks, award of streetscape 2024 bids, resolution of intent to seek CDBG funds, outdoor pool final change order.

- Park Foundation is planning the Piccadilly event scheduled for April 6th
- Mayor's Prayer Breakfast has been scheduled for May 2nd at The Elms at 7am, tickets are on sale now in the City Manager's Office and Chamber of Commerce.
- The rain this week resulted in water over the N. Main bridge. The Dry Fork Greenway when finished will keep this size rain in its banks.
- The City selected Olsson Studios to lead our Comprehensive Planning process. A community comprehensive plan is a document that guides the future development of a community based on its goals & aspirations. This plan will replace the current 2009 plan. It is a community-led & owned process that involves all community members in creating a vision & roadmap to sustainability, self-sufficiency & improved governance. The comprehensive plan will cover a 15 year period & addresses various aspects of community life, such as land use, transportation, housing, environment, & economy. The schedule of meetings is being developed, please look for opportunities to become involved.
