Doing Inventory? Please Read!
Dear Customer,
Due to some technical difficulties with our web service provider, we are currently experiencing some delay in Step 2 of the inventory process and sales are not processing when you go to step 2 of inventory resulting in significant variances.
Please disregard the snapshot variance in Step 2 for now and go directly to step 3, submit, then run and download your variance report.
