Today we will be having a match between the men. Again no women in this game. The ancient Olympics are rather different from the modern Games. There were fewer events, and only free men who spoke Greek could compete, instead of athletes from any country. Also, the games were always held at Olympia instead of moving around to different sites every time.

Most Are going to doctors about their health but some rely on the gods still, those poor people don't know what to do. Hippocrates of Kos (or Cos) (460 BC - 370 BC) is considered as one of the giants in the history of medicine in recognition for his contributions to the medical field as founder of the Hippocratic School of Medicine.

Society
If not in the military men will go as actors/actresses and be in a play to spend their days on. Women are not to be aloud to watch/be in the play. Women shall do domestic work such as, spinning and weaving. Women were not involved in public life or politics. The lives were normally quite and confined to the house. The children spent the day playing with their toys.

Food and Farming
Ancient Greek people made their living from farming. They would gather grapes in September and make wine. Olive were either picked or knocked out of the trees with wooden sticks. Uprooting and olive tree is criminal offense.

Money
Before 600 B.C. there was no monetary system in Greece, so they utilized the barter system. This was a system of trading goods and /or services for other goods and/or services. By 500 B.C., each city-state began minting their own coin. A merchant usually only took coins from their own city. Visitors had to find a moneychanger to exchange their coins. Typically a 5 or 6 percent fee was charged to exchange foreign currency to the local currency.

Government
Sparta and Athens are the two most important city-states in Ancient Greece. Ancients Greeks speak the same language, they believe in the same gods and they share a common heritage. Government is separated in three parts: Monarchy is where a people are ruled by a king, Oligarchy ruled by a small group, and Democracy ruled by the citizens.

Education
Boys are home schooled until age 6 boys by their mother or one of their male slaves 6-14 went to a neighborhood primary school They have to memorize everything because books were to expensive the teacher to read out to them.

Consruction
Greek houses, in the 6th and 5th century BCE, are made up of two or three rooms, built around an open air courtyard, built of stone, wood, or clay bricks. Larger homes might also have a kitchen, a room for bathing, a men's dining room, and perhaps a woman's sitting area
Religion
They believe in gods and goddesses: Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Hades, Ares, Hermes, Apollo, Hermes, Apollo, Artemis, Athena, Hestia, Demeter, Aphrodite, Hephaestus, Heracles, Eros, Dionysus, Orpheus, Echo, Pan, Pandora, Pegasus, Kerberos. Those were just some of the few hundred gods and goddesses they believed in.
