Thesis Statement
In Joel Skidmore’s Mythweb.com, Hercules is the most significant Hero of Greek mythology as he symbolizes bravery and courage of all the heroes.
Summarize
Hercules was the son of Zeus and mortal woman, but Zeus Queen Hera was jealous of Hercules and sent two snakes to kill him in his crib but that didn’t work. Then Hercules was driven mad by Hera and he killed his own children and wife. As a punishment for Hercules crimes he had to do “Labors”.
Introduction
However threw Hercules varsity act he was becoming more able to complete more and harder adventures. and his even harder "Labors".

Explanation
This shows that during his adventures he was brave and curious to do his labors. That is why he is a symbol of bravery and courage even though he is not immortal he was brave so he had no fear of death.
Concluding Statment
Lastly, Hercules was half mortal and half god he was the symbol of bravery and courage. He left his trademark till today with the movies they make about being courageous and brave for example like the movie Hercules with Dwayne Johnson.
