My Challenge to You
Take about 10 minutes to watch the video above. You will not regret it, I promise you that. I first learned of Charlotte and her story when this video first aired in 2012 on Texas Country Reporter. Since the original story first aired she has won a bronze medal as the Texas State Track Meet and is now pole vaulting at Perdue University.
When you think that you just cannot do something or you think that it just is not possible, you need to think again. You can do ANYTHING that you put your mind to. Just ask Charlotte.
When you think about what you want to achieve... when you think about how scary it seems... Listen to what Charlotte has to say: "Even at the end of the day, what you have to do is you have to look Fear in the Face and Smile. Even if you can't see it."
Instead of focusing on what we don't have and what we can't do. We should focus on why we should and how we can. This is true in life as much as in teaching.
Think. Achieve. Succeed.

Supplement your health.
It would be wonderful if we could get all the nutrition our bodies need to optimally fuel energy, metabolism, and health through food alone. Reality too often gets in the way with a quick paced lifestyle, reliance on convenience foods, and depleted agricultural conditions (which results in food with lower nutrient density) - all in addition to our personal stressors. Each of these factors increases our nutritional needs further. Here are some essentials for women.
- A woman’s formulated multivitamin/mineral to act as a nutritional “support system,” filling in the gaps of our current dietary intake.
- Omega-3 fish oils to optimize our cellular health and to provide the building blocks for hormone production
